Board Advisory:  Licensees and certificate holders are advised that personal information relating to them is maintained in databases that may qualify as an "interconnected or combined system" as defined by Ohio Revised Code Section 1347.071.  The RCB contracts with Coleman Data Solutions Company to maintain imaged records containing personal information.  These contracts contain confidentiality clauses that prohibit the disclosure of any licensee or certificate holder information of whatever nature by Coleman Data Solutions Company.  Questions?  Please contact the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.  Records requests made pursuant to Chapter 149 of the Ohio Revised Code are handled solely by the RCB.
